Opportunity :

Our client is a growing leader in Assisted Living, Hospitality and Multi-Family construction in the Southeast. They’ve more than doubled their size in the last four years. They’re a private design/build General Contractor with a niche focus in 10+ states. They’re main office is located in Northern Florida, but they currently have large projects in PA, NC, SC, FL and TN. They’ve secured several new Assisted Living projects and are looking for an experienced Project Managers who can take on these large projects and preferably have experience in this niche. They have been listed on the national “Best Places” list places to work. We’ve placed candidates with them that continue to give excellent reviews of the firm. They are an established firm doing over $300M annually and have a family culture with the stability to never run out of work. They have built their reputation on creative, cost effective building solutions. Position :

Experienced Project Managers needed for large ground up Assisted Living projects. Project Managers must have 3+ years of experience in commercial construction and would prefer some experience in specific assisted living projects. Experience with a self-performing contractor (Wood Framing) is a plus along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments. Experience and desire to be involved with the projects from cradle to grave is desirable. Candidate must have the ability to direct and have strong leadership skills and ability to work with the clients directly.


Qualifications :

Two or Four Year College Degree in Construction Management/Engineering field.

3+ years of commercial construction experience.

Extra experience in Hospitality, Assisted Living or Multi-Family areas is a plus.

Team Player with strong work ethic and a motivational “Fire”.

Skill in managing multiple projects with precision and speed.

Sound economic-thinking, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make sound, informative decisions.

Able to establish and maintain positive and profitable internal and external customer relations and service.


Compensation :

$85,000 - $125,000 salary + production incentives.
