Opportunity :

Our client is an established and growing commercial builder in the Oregon market. They currently do $60M+ annually. They are a mid —size group with a very tight team culture. They succeed together and work very well together. They have never had a lay-off even through the recession years. They have over 30 years of experience in the market and have a strong focus in healthcare projects including medical offices, inpatient hospitals, and community health centers. They are growing their large project division and are looking for top-notch candidates. They are looking for experienced candidates who can hit the ground running and help in a very busy office. They have built their reputation on creative, cost effective building solutions. As a leader they have a focus on quality and superior client relationships. Almost all of their projects are negotiated with a small amount of hard bid projects. They self-perform all of their concrete, and carpentry.They have an excellent office environment and focus on making their people better.


Position :Project Manager for immediate hire. The successful candidate will have experience working on large projects $40M+. They are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. Experience running several projects at once is a must along with strong organizational skills. They are hoping to find someone who has ties to or has lived in the Pacific Northwest before. 5+ years at each of your employers is required. No "jumpy" candidates need apply. Candidates must have the ability to direct and have strong leadership skills in order to direct multiple projects.


Qualifications :Four year college degree in Construction Management/Engineering field.6-10 years construction experience.Team player with strong work ethic.Skill in managing multiple projects with precision and speed.Sound economic-thinking, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make sound, informative decisions.Able to establish and maintain positive and profitable internal and external customer relations and service.


Compensation :$100,000- $130,000 (DOE) salary+ 15% bonus & 10K-20K profit sharing annually.Medical, dental & vision benefits paid for you and your family with nothing out of pocket.Three weeks of vacation per year with car allowance and gas card.Confirmed bonus of 15% of salary per year.
