Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer of award-winning, sustainable building materials and architectural hardware solutions for the Architecture + Design industry. They are seeking a talented Project Manager to be an integral part of the Client Services team. As a member of this service-focused team you will have the opportunity to work on a large variety of projects in a technical role.


The Project Manager is responsible for the success of projects in their assigned territories and is the main point of contact for discussing opportunities and projects with customers (architects, designers, general contractors and sub-contractors) and internally. The project manager will report directly to the Project Management Director and will require minimum oversight on a day to day basis.

This is a customer facing, revenue driven role and the ideal candidate must be confident discussing a broad range of technical solutions (training will be provided) to our customers and deliver them in a professional manner both verbally and in written form.  The successful project manager will be able to multitask and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines and demonstrate the ability to make the best decisions under pressure from customers on various projects in different stages of completion.

The Project Manager will work with assigned team members and sales reps in driving the growth of the company and team’s revenue.  Responsibilities and duties are outlined below the project manager will take ownership of the execution phase and is responsible for the project from order placement to final closeout and invoicing.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to anticipate and address any potential issues i.e. design, supply chain and field issues etc.  They are a strong team player, who is proactive, possesses creative problem solving skills and demonstrates good business judgment.  This position requires the project manager to be responsive to requests from customers and colleagues.
