Opportunity :

Our client is an established leader in the commercial construction industry. They have been ranked as one of the best places to work in the local area and have hired several candidates from our firm in the last year. They are continuing a strong period of growth and have more work available than they have the staff for. They are looking for a project superintendent that can their projects in the $100M+ range. They currently have one seven story project that is looking for a lead superintendent. The project is 100M+ and they need someone with that type of project experience and leadership. They also have retail, university, public works and office projects in the works. After this project they have another 100M+ that you would be able to move right into.Their teams are very energetic, motivated and accountable. They want someone who is a motivated leader and can inspire the team. Candidates who can hit the ground running and jump in with both feet are preferred. As a leader they pride themselves on providing excellent service, competitive pricing, quality workmanship, state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled and professional employees on every project.


Position :Experienced Superintendent needed for large commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will have experience with large multi-use, healthcare, university and/or multi-family projects and understand the complexities in these projects. Experience with prior $100M+ ground up projects. Experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments is a major focus. Candidate must have the ability to direct and have strong leadership skills in order to direct multiple projects.


Qualifications :Large project experience with the ability to run large commercial projects, which may include multi-use, retail, university, and multi-family projects 100M+. Team Player with strong work ethic. No "jumpy" candidates, you must have a proven tenure in your work history. Skill in managing multiple projects with precision and speed.Sound economic-thinking, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make sound, informative decisions.Able to establish and maintain positive and profitable internal and external customer relations and service.


Compensation :$125,000 - $145,000 (DOE) + bonus incentive plan.PTO and great holiday schedule.Relocation (as needed) and sign on bonus for experienced candidates.Vehicle, computer, phone, expense account and many other benefits.
