They have secured several new multi-family projects and are looking for experienced project engineer/manager to head them up. They are ranked in the ENR Top 200 firms in the nation. Other areas of specialty for this firm include: Healthcare, University, K-12, and office construction and remodeling projects. Position :Project Manager for large commercial multi-family projects. Wood framing and QA/QC experience is a plus. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing commercial projects from $5M to over $40M. Experience with a self-performing contractor is a must along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments. Must have 3+ years with each employer in your work history. Experience and desire to be involved with the projects from cradle to grave is desirable. Candidate must have the ability to direct and have strong leadership skills and ability to work with the clients directly.

Qualifications :Four year college degree in Construction Management/Engineering field. 3+ years of construction experience.Team Player with strong work ethic and a motivational “Fire”.Skill in managing multiple projects with precision and speed. 5+ years with each employer in your work history. Willing to travel on a limited basis as needed for projects. Sound economic-thinking, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make sound, informative decisions.Able to establish and maintain positive and profitable internal and external customer relations and service.

Compensation :$90,000 - $110,000 salary + production incentives.Medical, dental & vision benefits.Paid relocation.Vehicle allowance, gas card, computer, phone and charge account.Two to three weeks of vacation per year.4-6% company match 401K
