Job Description

Our client, an award winning Heavy Civil construction firm, is currently looking for a Project Manager to be based in Denver and manage projects throughout the area.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience with Heavy Civil work and at least 5+ years of Project Management experience. The Project Manager will work and manage all aspects of the project from cradle to grave, manage multiple subcontractors, utilize technology to track costs, quantities, and scheduling, and overview other aspects of the project. The Project Manager will be the main point of contact to the Owner and Owners representatives, will coordinate with Engineers, and coordinate subcontractors as needed.

Our client is offering competitive pay depending on experience with bonus, benefits, vacation, and vehicle. They are looking for someone from the local market but will consider relocation for the right opportunity.
