About The Candidate
Responsibilities
The Underground Utilities Project Manager will be responsible for leading teams to manage projects from pre-construction and estimating to final completion, with a focus on safety and ensuring jobs are completed on time, in budget, and an emphasis on open positive communication and coordination with clients to build relationships. They will also develop budgets, manage resources, schedules, financials, submittals, and quality control for each project. The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Expertise in heavy civil project management
- 3+ years experience in underground utility construction
- Knowledge of project software
- BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
